About Saved in America

​Saved in America assists in locating runaway, missing, and exploited children at risk of trafficking free of charge, including here in San Diego. For victims of sexual exploitation, SIA helps secure legal representation, safe housing, and rehabilitative therapy. Staffed entirely by volunteer retired elite military operators or law enforcement agents who are now licensed and insured private investigators, SIA specializes in child sex trafficking investigations.
